Training & staff development

At JJC, we invest heavily in staff training and development to ensure the safety of our staff and integrity of the business.

From our office team to our drivers and transfer station operatives, we value each member of the team equally and provide training and professional development opportunities to all. We have staff in every department who are trained in first aid, while our recycling operatives complete a number of safety training courses to ensure JJC is a safe, harmonious working environment.

Our fully trained managers and supervisors have a solid understanding of waste legislation and compliance considerations, including legal requirements relating to waste management and the permits and licenses required for us to operate in a safe, professional manner.
