Weighbridge

Our public weighbridge is designed for the heavy duty weighing of waste in a vehicle. Vehicles are weighed twice, with and without the waste, to calculate the weight of the materials. You are welcome to come in your own vehicle, or we can supply a skip if you have a lot of waste to move.

Our weighbridge is extremely accurate, so as we charge by weight, you will never be overcharged for your waste. We aim to recycle 100% of the waste we receive to avoid the unnecessary use of landfill.

We accept many types of waste over the weighbridge, including:

General waste
Timber
Inert/rubble
Asbestos/hazardous waste
Scrap metal

We cannot accept the following over the weighbridge:

Gas bottles
Beer barrels
